Quavel Investments is a Private Limited Corporation, that is a holding Company that invests and acquires Health Care companies, or through Distributor agreements globally or in regions.
Our Focus is in finding solutions, in the treatment of dreaded diseases, through medical device products and digital technology, our investment criteria is profitable companies, poised for there next stage of growth, either through market geographic growth, or portfolio expansion.
We are structured so as to best pursue opportunities for growth, manage the assets we acquire, and assist our Leadership teams to ensure long term sustainable growth.
We have three division, Corporation, Consultancy, and Capital, with focused Leadership:
Corporation: – Made of the Leadership managing each of the Companies we acquire or set up distributor agreements which are managed.
Consultancy: – The team responsible to evaluate the areas opportunity for improvement and outsource the appropriate solutions required.
Capital: – The team responsible for the due diligence on targeted acquisitions, the management of the funding required and also all investments strategies and Investor relations.
